The ‘Licensing Policy Pack’ is a set of licensing requirements set out by the council who authorised your premises licence.
This pack is made up of 4 items that all must be displayed:
- Challenge 25 - stating anyone who appears to look under the age of 25 will be asked to prove they are 18+
- No Drugs - we operate a ‘strictly no drugs’ policy which is taking or bringing any onto site. There is a drugs deposit box in each venue that is locked and it requested to be opened and emptied by the Police.
- Noise - as we are in city centres, we must ask guests to disperse the main doors when its closing time and towards the end of our licensed serving hours. This also includes a local taxi number to leave safely.
- Weights + Measures - this explains the sizes of the measures we must serve. Minimum 125ml wine and 25ml spirits.
1, 2 and 3 must be displayed by the main entrance.
4 must be displayed by the bar
