'A premises licence is a permanent licence granted in respect of a specific location authorising you to sell alcohol on your premises'
Each venue has a specific premises licence with stipulations you must follow at every moment you are operating. Every licence follows these 4 principles:
- Prevention of Crime + Disorder
- Public Safety
- Prevention of Public nuisance
- Prevention of children from harm
Your Premises Licence Part B MUST be displayed at all times, keep Part A (the certificate) safe and locked away.
There is a breakdown of your Premises Licencing Conditions in ‘Site Access > Licensing > Venue Licensing Conditions'. This document highlights all the site specific restrictions such as local radio schemes, waste removal times etc. There is also information regarding how to initiate the change of Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) for the venue.
