As per your premises licensing conditions, Roxy Leisure must have a qualified First Aider on site at all times when the venue is operating. 

To apply for a First Aid course for your managers, please email the Compliance Manager with a request. In the email, please state the number of people and desired location for the First Aid Course. 

Dependant on number of people, it will be on the Area Manager / GM to book a local course for 1-3 people. Any more than that, a tutor will be booked to attend a venue and carry out a FA course for up to 12 people on site. Managers from other sites may be invited to join. 

Compliance Manager will contact the service provider with this request, please note all courses are to be booked with a 4 week lead time, aim to book for a Tuesday as not too conflict with Office/Admin days and general peak trading days. 

Once confirmed by the Compliance Manager, please communicate to those attendees:

• Date
• Start time 
• Location
• MUST bring Photo I.D (Passport or Driving Licence). 

When the certificates are received from the provider, Compliance will upload these to each individuals Workforce profile as well as adding them to

‘Site Access > Licensing > Staff > Document name to be ‘Team Member – First Aid’
