Rhino are the external Health & Safety company we hire to oversee all matters of H&S, Fire Safety and Risk Management within Roxy Leisure and Pins Leisure. There contact details are on all documents within the Site Access folder.
Rhino will carry out 6 monthly reviews on all documents related to the above. They will reach out to the manager@ email in advance to book in a time and date. This involves looking at service certificates, training records and current operating procedures.
Service Certificates: these are located on Snapfix > Servicing

Staff Training Records: these are located on Mapal > choose a current team member
Current Operating Procedures: these are located in the Risk Assessment provided by Rhino, they will look to see if any need altering, improving or changing.
The documents they provide are: Health & Safety Policy, Risk Assessments for Activities, Premises and Maintenance, Fire Risk Assessment.
- Activities RA - this is a list of all gaming activities that is available in the venue. Bowling, Pool, Batting cage etc
- Maintenance Activities RA - this includes the safe maintenance, repairs and handling of electrical equipment that operates the machines for Ten Pin, Duck Pin, Batting Cage and Arcades.
- Premises RA - this is the largest document that has all safe system of work, hazards in general issues within the venue such as manual handling cases, spillages, working at height and slips, trips + falls.
- Fire RA - this is identifying the fire hazards throughout the venue, what works that have been built or implemented to reduce the risk such as fire extinguishers, fire suppression system above the fryers and smoke detection throughout the building.
