As per our Fire Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work, each venue must have at least 1 training Fire Marshall on site at all times.
Each venue must have designated Fire Marshalls who hold a level of responsibility towards Fire Safety within the venue, all people who become Fire Marshalls will be at a management / supervisory level.
There is a questionnaire on Forms called ‘Fire Marshall + Participation Training’ that includes a selection of questions to become aware of the venues fire safety features.

The course refresher is set for every 6 months, this is to be assigned every March and September. Mapal will reissue every February + August to set up the course companywide to all Managers and Supervisors with a 4 week completion timeline.
Fire Marshall notices - There is a RED sticker in the glass wash area and break room which states the names of the fire marshals so staff are aware who to go to in the event of a fire to action an evacuation.
