There are 2 liability insurance certificates that need to be available on site. 

1. Public Liability Insurance - this type of insurance is designed to cover members of the public. This is to be displayed by the front door at all times and in the site access folder.
2. Employers Liability Insurance - this type of insurance is designed to cover employees of Roxy and Pins Leisure. This is to be kept and present in the site access folder only.

Both certificates are valid for 12 months, we are covered by our insurance company and Compliance will receive new certificates for both. They will upload this certificate and email out comms stating its ready, print the Public Liability Insurance out and replace the outdated certificate located by the main door.
