Trail is the companies in-house compliance system that records tasks that required hourly, daily, weekly and periodically. Website URL is www.trailapp.com 

This system logs a live time stamp of when the task was completed, along with certain task requiring comments (Initials of who completed the task), photos of the works being done (lane maintenance and emergency lighting test) along with our incident and accident reporting portal.  

Each venue will have 2 logins:

• Manager@ - this login is the most senior login at site level, the tasks found on this login are for compliance and licensing. The username if your venues managers email. Eg manager.leeds.boarlane@roxyballroom.co.uk

  • Incident + Accident Reporting
  • Authorities visits
• Venue@ - this login is for the daily and weekly Front of House and Kitchen tasks. The username if your venues generic email. Eg leeds.boarlane@roxyballroom.co.uk

  • Hourly Toilet checks
  • Opening Bar and Floor checks
  • Kitchen opening checks
  • Delivery shift checklist

Trail, as an app, is pushed to the Roaming ipad 1 and Kitchen ipad. This is should be set at the venue@ email login, so you can see all tasks related to ‘Bar + Floor’ and ‘Kitchen’.
