When you are enrolled onto Mapal, you will be assigned a collection of courses to complete and the final course is an application form. This form is to apply for your staff discount QR code. Once submitted, Compliance will enter your information onto the system and you will receive an email to the provided address, in this email there is a link to download the QR to your Phone Wallet. 

To use your discount, order at a till only where the team member will scan your QR, your face will appear on the screen to shows its you and apply the discount to your bill. Your QR is valid in all Roxy Leisure venues.

Rules

To cash off the tab, this requires a Supervisor or Manager level till permission to cash it off. 

Total discount is capped at £50 per transaction (£99 bill, discount applied to food and drink will be £49.50)

If you are seen to open a tab, scan your QR code for Drinks and Gaming then cash off that tab under your name. This is deemed mis-conduct and may lead to you having your QR code deactivated

You will supply an image of yourself on the application form which appears on the till screen when scanned (so make it one you're happy with, no passport or driving licences). If another user scans your QR and the image doesn't match the user. This is deemed mis-conduct and may lead to you having your QR code deactivated

Gaming is split into 2 types:

• Per hour - you will get the activity for 1 hour, this allows as many people in your group as you want (1 hour of pool for 10 people is just the cost of 1 hour)
• Per person - you will receive 1 person at 100% discount, the remainder of the group pay full price (1 game of Ten Pin bowling for 4 people, you are free and the other 3 people pay the current price)
