Applying for a DPS Variation
This is required when there is a new General Manager of a site

The venue Premises Licence number can be found in ‘Site Access > Licensing > Venue Licensing Conditions’. Read over this document to understand your premises licence restrictions and additional information required to complete the DPS application process.
Proposed DPS - Please visit your ‘Site Access > Licensing > ‘Insert Venue – Consent Form’. Complete this form by filling out anything marked ‘x’, save as a single PDF document and email this over to the Compliance Manager along with your Place of Birth and Date of Birth.


Once this has been emailed over, the Compliance Manager will submit your consent form and complete the application form and make payment. Compliance will then reach out to confirm that this has been submitted, the process confirms the new DPS is to take effect immediately.
Compliance Manager will pass on confirmation the application and payment has been submitted, the GM must print a blank copy of an Authorisation to Serve and Nomination Notice which the new DPS must print, sign and complete with team members signatures permitting them to serve alcohol under your supervision (both documents are found in ‘Site Access > Licensing’. The new Premises Licence with the updated DPS will be posted in ‘Site Access > Licensing’ along with email confirmation.
