‘Health & Safety - Site Access’ is a folder is a central file specifically for your site. This contains any compliance based information you will need for Licensing, EHO, H&S auditors, Police etc. If the Compliance Manager ever references ‘Site Access folder’ , it’s in relation to this file on Sharepoint.
In this you will find:
COSHH - data sheets for any chemicals used on site
Fire Safety - Fire Emergency plan, Fire Evacuation Map, Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Safety Policy
Food Safety - HACCP, Food Safety Policy, SFBB Caterers Pack (blank)
Health & Safety- Risk Assessments (Premises, Activities, Maintenance), H&S Policy
Licensing - Premises Licence, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Consent Form - DPS, Venue specific Licensing Conditions, Authorisation to Serve + Nomination Notice (both required to be completed by the newly assigned DPS on avenue)
Stock - Blank Count sheet, Stock Processes (Complete the weekly tracker, Counting + Ordering and Orders + Deliveries).
This link is a shared set of files with the Compliance Manager, all are updated on a 6 monthly basis with the intention of ‘if you ever require a safety document, you can always find the in-date version in this file’.
