The pest control company we use companywide is Vergo. 

If you do have any sightings or evidence of pests within the venue, add this to Trail, you will need to search ‘Pest Activity’ and log this, the task requires the following information: 

Area > Droppings Found > Hoovered / Cleaned > Initials of who reported it

Once you complete a task via Trail, Vergo should be contacted via 0344 335 0330 or info@vergo.uk to raise a visit. 

Maintenance team will action any proofing / remedial works that need to be carried out to stem, protect and proof the venue by accessing your online portal.

You can access all your venue reports via https://hub.vergo.uk which has been added to your Dashlane. On there, you will find all your historic reports along with your Field Service Managers contact who will visit the site to carry out the survey.
